You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on 7winer, as required by PAGCOR regulations. Age verification is mandatory. Accounts found to belong to underage players will be immediately suspended and all funds returned.
Each player is permitted to hold only one active 7winer account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses or winnings derived from duplicate use.
All withdrawals on 7winer are processed exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit. GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank accounts must be registered in the same name as your 7winer account.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 7winer are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are met. 7winer reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
Players must not use any software, strategy, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage over 7winer or other players. This includes bots, exploits, collusion, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violations result in immediate account termination.

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the 7winer platform, accessible at https://7winer.app. By accessing or using any part of the 7winer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using 7winer on behalf of another person, you represent that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
2.1 By registering an Account on the 7winer Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 7winer with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the 7winer Platform and close your Account.
2.4 7winer reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register and use the 7winer Platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to all online gaming operators in the Philippines. 7winer strictly enforces this requirement and will request documentary proof of age during the KYC verification process.
3.2 Residency. The 7winer Platform is intended for use by players physically located in jurisdictions where online gaming is lawful. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the Platform is legal in your jurisdiction before registering.
3.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from online gaming platforms or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive are not eligible to register or maintain an Account on 7winer.
3.5 Employees. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of 7winer, as well as their immediate family members, are not permitted to hold player Accounts or participate in Real Money Games on the Platform.
4.1 Registration. To access Real Money Games on 7winer, you must create an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process.
4.2 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the 7winer Platform. The creation of multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your password and OTP codes. You must not share your login details with any third party. 7winer will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
4.4 KYC Verification. 7winer is required by PAGCOR regulations to verify the identity and age of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine ID (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being placed on hold until verification is completed.
4.5 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided to 7winer is truthful and accurate. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. 7winer accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 7winer's discretion. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 7winer is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. 7winer reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in the same name as the 7winer Account holder.
5.5 Transaction Fees. 7winer does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 7winer accepts no responsibility.
5.6 Deposit Limits. 7winer may impose deposit limits on individual Accounts as part of its responsible gaming obligations. Players may also voluntarily set deposit limits through their Account settings.
6.1 General. 7winer may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the promotion's specific terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated validity period will result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds.
6.3 One Bonus Per Player. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available to one Account per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. 7winer reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it suspects abuse of promotional offers.
6.4 Modification and Withdrawal. 7winer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to your Account prior to the modification.
6.5 No Cash Alternative. Bonus Funds have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met. Bonus Funds cannot be transferred between Accounts.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 7winer Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail with respect to Account management and financial matters.
7.2 RNG Certification. All slot and table games on 7winer use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RNG systems are independently audited on a regular basis.
7.3 Malfunction. In the event of a game malfunction, technical error, or system failure, 7winer reserves the right to void any affected bets and return the wagered amounts to the relevant player Accounts. 7winer's decision in such matters is final.
7.4 Disconnection. 7winer is not responsible for any loss of winnings or game progress resulting from internet disconnection, device failure, or any other technical issue on the player's side. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection when playing Real Money Games.
8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7winer Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

10.1 All content on the 7winer Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of 7winer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 7winer.
10.3 The 7winer name, logo, and all associated brand elements are trademarks of 7winer. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.
11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 7winer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
11.2 7winer's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 7winer does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 7winer's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.
12.1 By 7winer. 7winer reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or where required to do so by PAGCOR or any other regulatory authority.
12.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account termination for breach of these Terms, 7winer reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including both real money funds and Bonus Funds, where the termination is a result of fraudulent activity, prohibited conduct, or material misrepresentation by the player.
12.3 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting 7winer customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (excluding Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method within five (5) business days, subject to completion of KYC verification.
12.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as dormant. 7winer will notify you via your registered contact details before applying any dormancy policy to your Account.
13.1 7winer collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
13.2 7winer may share your personal data with PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement agencies, and other regulatory bodies where required by law or where necessary to investigate suspected prohibited activities.

14.1 7winer reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 7winer will notify registered players via their registered email address or through a prominent notice on the Platform.
14.2 The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.3 If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
15.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to 7winer's customer support team for informal resolution. 7winer will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint.
15.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.4 Players who believe that 7winer has acted in breach of its PAGCOR licensing obligations may also file a complaint directly with PAGCOR through its official regulatory channels.
